Awesome lamb shank !!

Excellent meal and the service is great!

The food and service was amazing!!!! It was one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever ate at! I would highly recommend Zeppole to anyone in the local area.

Mmm, good.We had a less-than-spectacular experience at the hotel before we came to Zeppole. Joyce fixed it. Thanks Joyce!Food's great. It's fancy and pretentious, but not THAT fancy abd pretentious.

We went on a Thursday night. There were no reservations available, but tried our luck and went down anyways. We were given a reservation by the hostess and seated within 20 minutes. They do also allow to go orders if you can't get a reservation. The wait staff is very good. We always had fresh bread and glasses filled. The food took 40 minutes to arrive, but they brought free cups of fruit for the kids. The lasagna was great (not your typical cheese lasagna, but had four types of meat between layers of lasagna noodles and covered with a creamy Alfredo sauce). The chicken for the kids Alfredo was dry. Overall a great experience, but very expensive (4 star value due to the price).

Food and atmosphere was good, price and service was below standard. Would I go back maybe just depends.

Mixed feelings. Beautiful restaurant, awesome staff, mediocre food. I had the lasagna and frankly it tasted like fancy spaghetti-o’s. My wife had the spaghetti and seemed to like it. The antipasto board was good, not fantastic. Three solid stars. Very comfortable seating.

This Italian restaurant was so immaculate. Our waiter Brian was AWESOME, the food was to die for. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying at the Gaylord Texan. I have to admit, when he brought my dish out, I was scared of what it looked like, 🤔but it was super delicious

Nice place with delightful atmosphere! Our waiter was very attentive but I don't know if I would ever order ravioli again as it is just one large piece of pasta stuffed with chicken? Good enough. Overall a good experience.

I had the lamb chops dinner and it was delightful. The food does seem to be a bit overpriced. The lamb chops were $39, but they were really good and it Was a lot of food. The items are more seafood than Italian. Not sure If I would come back again, but my experience was a good one.

The food was good, the service was okay. We ordered a couple glasses of wine and our waitress spilled it, some got on my suit, shirt and shoes. They were sorry and gave us the wine for free.

We went on a Tuesday night. Was really busy.Seated right away. Excellent waitress: Lauren did everything PERFECT. She kept glasses full, took care of our three kids. Her entree recommendations were spot on and she even offered an option of something off the menu. Food was great. From beginning to end we had a wonderful experience. It’s upscale so expect to pay a little more. I hope your experience will be like ours. Enjoy!

We ordered clams which were very delicious and lamb shank which was cooked to perfection. It was the best lamb shank we ever had and we would highly recommend . Tiramisu was the perfect way to complete what was a great dining experience. The best part was our conversation with Leo, our server, who went above and beyond in explaining every detail and making sure everything was at par with our expectations. He is a great person and we would ask for him every time we visit.

Really good food this was our dessert it has strawberry and pistachio ice cream with a heavy whip topping totally awesome

A quaint little place at the Gaylord. We did not have the issues with wait or service like some other reviews, they were very quick and attentive. Both the porterhouse and clam pasta were delicious, and we enjoyed the experience!

Delicious food!! Great ambience. Tip: We almost didn't go because we called down to the hotel concierge for reservations and there was nothing for hours. We decided to take a chance on a walk-in and only had to wait 15 minutes! Great service. The Cowgirl Ribeye was pricey but huge; could serve two easily. The Antipasti would serve three heartily -- lots of good stuff in the tower. Free rosemary bread and breadsticks.

Staff was exceptional, their lasagna was the best I've ever had. If I ever go back down to Texas I know where I'll be eating!

Make a reservation if u can. Spots fill up fast & they're only open for dinner. Our waiter Ramiz was very helpful & understanding with our kids needs as we had 3. Food was great, kinda pricey but after eating I could swallow it!

Bravo!Loved the ambiance and would come here to eat regardless of a stay at the hotel it was excellent. Ate the scallops they were in a great presentation and my wife ate the lasagne also great. To top it all off was tiramisu that was amazing.

Pricey, but very tasty -- loved martinis, spaghetti and meatballs, minestrone soup and salad options. Very friendly, helpful service. Portions were mostly standard, except for soup (which I ordered to-go one night), it seemed very small given $10 price.

Excellent dining experience and the food was even better! Best Pepperoni pizza I've ever had. Can't recommend enough.

Great Italian restaurant!

I was suprised the reviews were so low for this place. I gave it a shot. I could understand why some people would rate it low, i would assume they have no sense of what they are trying to achieve for an uperscale American Italian vibe. The only criticism i would give would be on the bistecca don't hide the swiss chard ubder that big hunk of meat. I didnt even realize it was there till i lifted it up. Even though i could finish all my food, I ordered a little bit of everything and ate a little bit of everything so I can try as much as possible. I was impressed. I dont come to dallas but i would come back to this place.

Awesome food. But the wait staff was friendly and professional. We had 2 ladies that made the evening a pleasant experience and memories to look back upon. Filling my water glass became an event that brings a smile to my face!!! Thank you Lauren and Ceiytl?

We went on a pretty dead night, so my wife and I pretty much had the place to ourselves. The service was good, as was the food. We had the tomato and mozzarella appetizer, the house salad and a chicken risotto dish. The appetizer and salad were pretty average, but the risotto was excellent. Also, the bread that came with the meal was delicious! Could've made a meal out of just the bread and some oil and vinegar.

Great food! Server -Ian- was awesome and took care of our party of 8.

Decent, but nothing special

This was probably the best birthday dinner I’ve ever had! Besides the excellent quality service, the food was amazing! They were friendly from beginning to the end! And to top it all, when my husband said it was my birthday, they went ahead and order this super fancy dessert, a chocolate ball that Melts as a sweet hot sauce is poured over it from another restaurant in the hotel, and the chef himself served it to me,! (on the house!) If you’re trying to figure out if you should reserve a table with this restaurant, don’t hesitate! Do it now! And as a plus, if you have Leo, you’re on for a great experience!

My wife & I made reservations here on our honeymoon weekend. Our waiter was so good to us, having found out we had just been married! They were very accommodating and showered us with an amazing appetizer, a couple of glasses of champagne, and the most amazing Tiramisu you could ever imagine! The food was pretty good and reservation was right on time! The only reason I am giving the 4 star is because our table happened to be sitting by a doorway and it was so cold. We decided not to move though because our waiter was so kind and made up for it.

Loved the food and the view from the patio!
